PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically shipped out of our warehouse within 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination of your order.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number

STORE PICKUP
Pick-up orders require a 24-hour processing period, and once your order is prepared for collection, you will promptly receive notification. Please note that pick-up arrangements must be made before 3:00 PM (local time) at our Dandenong South Facility. We kindly ask you to plan your pick-up accordingly within this timeframe
MISSING PARCELS
On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, if sent with Australia post, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post Investigation Team. Unfortunately these Australia Post timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.
SHIPPING DAMAGE OR LOSS
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses due to packaging size.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate.
Mountain Top Australia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

For products that are in-stock, our standard dispatch time is 2-4 business days,
Products that are listed on backorder will be processed as soon as inventory is available.
