Fitment FAQ

What can I expect after checking out and adding fitment to my purchase?

After you add fitment to your cart and complete your purchase with Pick up option and billing address, you'll receive a confirmation email.

We'll then call you to set up a fitment appointment. If you need to change your appointment, just let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.

Are there any requirements I need to be aware of, for the fitment to take place?

When our technician comes to fit your product, please make sure you have a clear and flat space available. This space should ideally be an off-street parking area that can fit two standard cars – one for your vehicle and one for the technician's.

If the space isn't suitable or safe, we retain the right for our technician to decline to do the installation.

What happens if Mountain Top needs to reschedule, or can’t finish the job on time?

Sometimes, things don't go as planned. If Mountain Top needs to reschedule or if we can't finish the fitment on time, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

We'll work with you to find a new time for the fitment, and there of course won't be any extra charge for rescheduling.

Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is all about being fair and flexible. Just give us a heads up if you need to reschedule, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
